Russ Little, or as he is often known professionally Russ The CarGuy got his start helping people just like you with their automotive purchases back in 2007, as a member of the Suntrup Auto Group's Volkswagen Sales team. From there he rose to the position of "Assistant to the Manager" (The Office People Get it), inventory manager, and finally the Service to Sales coordinator, under then Sales manager Brett Hergenrother.

In 2014, he moved to the position of Assistant VW Sales Manager with the Bommarito Auto Group, and then Service to Sales Coordinator for Dean Team VW in 2017.

Starting in 2018, Russ left the automotive industry, and started his own business helping people with Life and Health insurance products, working with the National Agents Alliance, as a member of the Robert's Rockstars Organization, under the mentorship of Hal and Ellen Rosen, and Paul Roberts.

Russ is best known in the St Louis African American Community as former President, current bored member, and perpetual family member to the Little Family, of Afroworld Hair and Fashions located in Normandy Missouri.

Finally, Russ is the Father of an amazing young adult daughter Elishka, Chief Instructor for the Kirkwood Judo Club at Finney's MMA, and he is also an alumni and class of '82 graduate of Hazelwood East, where he played football and was the Co-Captain of the Wrestling Team. Russ also attended Northeast Missouri State, and UMSL, before completing his college journey at Lindenwood University.
